About the Course
Quality is a critical component of successful project delivery. Projects that meet schedules and budgets but fail to satisfy requirements, standards, or stakeholder expectations can still be considered unsuccessful. This course therefore focuses on embedding quality into every stage of project planning and execution rather than treating it as an inspection activity at the end.Participants will explore quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement, standards compliance, performance measurement, defect prevention, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder expectations. Through practical exercises and project case studies, participants will learn how to build effective quality systems that improve project outcomes and reduce rework, defects, delays, and costs.
