About the Course
The Unlocking Agile Potential: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) Training is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and mindset required to effectively support and facilitate Scrum teams. The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the Scrum framework, Agile principles, Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and accountabilities.
