About the Course
The seminar covers the complete project appraisal and evaluation cycle, from project identification and feasibility assessment to economic appraisal, financial analysis, monitoring, outcome measurement, and impact evaluation. Participants will learn how to determine whether proposed projects are viable, assess whether investments are delivering value, and generate credible evidence to support funding, policy, and management decisions.
Through case studies, practical exercises, group discussions, and real-world project scenarios, participants will develop the ability to apply appraisal and evaluation techniques across public sector, private sector, infrastructure, NGO, development, and social investment projects.
