About the Course
The Greenprint for Tomorrow: Sustainability Embedded in Complex Project Design Training Course equips project professionals with the knowledge and practical tools needed to integrate sustainability principles into the design, planning, implementation, and delivery of complex projects. The course explores how environmental, social, economic, and governance considerations can be embedded into project decisions without compromising project objectives, value, quality, or long-term performance.
Participants will learn how to identify sustainability opportunities and risks, assess environmental and social impacts, engage stakeholders, integrate ESG considerations into project planning, and develop resilient project solutions. Through practical case studies, project scenarios, and interactive exercises, participants will explore how sustainability can move from a conceptual goal to an integral part of project design and delivery.
