About the Course
The course focuses on transforming project objectives into structured, achievable implementation plans. Participants will learn how to define project activities, estimate durations, establish milestones, develop work breakdown structures, identify dependencies, allocate resources, manage schedules, and apply appropriate tools to keep projects on track.
Through practical exercises, case studies, and real-world project scenarios, participants will develop the skills needed to create and maintain project schedules while responding effectively to delays, changes, resource constraints, and emerging project risks.
